24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round, Customers can request a physical intervention from our technical support staff. Amongst available services are a monitoring report or a reset of an equipment (written customer authorization required).

EUCLYDE can also provide a data back-up service to its Customes: tapes or disks are replaced on a scheduled basis and stored in a fire proof safe.

Access Control

  • Video surveillance and Intercom at site entrance.
  • 24 hour NOC is responsible for monitoring and coordination of site access.
  • Access procedures described in 'Customer's Manual', available through our sales department.
  • Upon becoming an Euclyde customer, each company is asked to provide a list of all personnel authorized to access the hosting premises (names,phone numbers,copy of ID's).
  • Badge access system: each customer is issued with 2 badges per site. Additional badges are available on order.
  • To access one of EUCLYDE's hosting premises, customer has to inform the Monitoring Center 24 hours in advance (via e-mail or fax) using the appropriate form.
  • In case of emergency, Customer can ask for authorization to access the site 2 hours prior to the visit.
  • During a visit a magnetic key card is activated. It is deactivated when the visit is over.
  • Access available 24/7, 365 days per year .
